Apple Car Play in iOS 13

Sharing some screen shots of new look Car Play. I think it's a nice upgrade for those of us that use it.

Thank you, I've read that it had improved.
Just downloaded the iOS 13 and will test Car Play at the weekend.

Be aware that iOS 13 has some serious bugs that will be fixed by 13.1 next Tuesday. I will be waiting a week before updating my devices.

Yep, I work for a large IT firm and we have been told to hold fire - I believe there are security issues. Hopefully 13.1 closes these off

I downloaded IOS 13 last night and as normal with apple, have had zero problems so far!
Just been sitting in the car going through the CP update......I must say after 20 mins or so messing around, it works much more smoothly and faster than before.
Need to go on long drive now to really test it

I just had a play (in my wife's car, with her phone!). I think that the useful 'split screen' display only works with Apple Maps, rather than Waze, which is a shame.

Good job my Macan doesn't have Car Play as I'd be forced to upgrade my iPhone 5s in order to get IOS13

One thing I noticed is that if you choose dark mode on your phone, you default to dark mode all the time on CarPlay Maps.
Fortunately you can put it back into "automatic" mode in settings.
