Car keeps losing DAB radio on a regular basis?
When it loses it the EPG on the screen is greyed out and the only way to get music is to switch to FM.
It’s pcm 4.

No other devices used in the car.
Don’t think it’s the reception as it can be fine for weeks then just stop ?

I lose it in parts of Colchester. quite open parts strangely.
On the Suzuki switching off all the auto functions helps, so no changing to local stations and no AFC on FM.

I had this problem on my Cayman but not on the Macan or 911. Had it checked several times by the OPC who kept saying it must be because of a poor signal as everything was testing OK. The fact that the problem didn't present itself on either my Macan or my 911 suggests that it was a fault and, I suspect, with the receiving aerial.
I doubt you will get any joy with the OPC but possibly (if it is possible) get them to check the quality of signal being received by the aerial compared to another car.

Just a thought, the car is going to dealership as the heated rear screen is not working due to breaks in the element. I know in some cars the rear screen element doubles as an antenna for the radio, wonder if this could be the problem ?
