Porsche Connect not available

I have lost access to my Porsche Connect services - apps, lic=ve traffic, google maps etc, in my Macan. It is not an issue with my data sim as I can access the internet via the car's hotspot and my connect services are active until April 2020.

Any ideas as to what may have happened or how to fix? Everything was fine until recently.

Google maps not working in my 992 at the min so maybe related?

Had the same problem just before Christmas, had been working fine up till then (2 weeks ownership from new). Contacted them and had to go through the MyPorsche registration process. All ok since.
