Hey Everyone

We are the proud owners of a Macan S (diesel) and for the last 10 months or so have been developing products for the Porsche Macan (as well as others). We are based in Poland having moved from Spain to set the business up and have had our Macan for around 14 months now. Although we are based in Poland, I am from Bournemouth!

Although this car is nearly perfect (IMHO) it lacked a few features that its competitors had and since Porsche did not rectify them on the 2019 version either, we have developed a solution ourselves, the Macan Convenience Module. All of our products are made in the USA/EU, come with a 2 year warranty, are E-marked and are fully plug and play.

You can see the features in action here:

The Macan Convenience module adds the following features:

1) One touch closing of the trunk using the key fob.
Simply hold the trunk button on the key fob for more than ¾ of a second and the trunk will automatically close. We chose that time as its an intentional hold, so you don’t accidentally start closing the trunk when you wish it to open further by repeatedly pressing the trunk button (factory feature)

2) One touch closing of the trunk from the driver’s door button, without the ignition being on.
Simply press the trunk button on the driver’s door (when the trunk is open) and the trunk will close automatically, you do not need to hold it nor have the ignition on.

3) Closing of the trunk whilst moving.
Once the closing procedure has been initiated in the previous feature, you can drive off, the trunk will continue to close automatically. You must be stationary to begin closing but there is no speed limit once it has begun. Perfect for busy traffic at school pick ups or needing to get going asap.

4) Full closure of windows, trunk, sunroof and sunblind.
Holding the lock button on the key fob for ¾ of a second triggers full closure mode, this will automatically close anything on the vehicle that is open (apart from the glovebox!), lock the doors, fold in the mirrors and set the alarm.

5) Summer mode
Holding the unlock button on the key fob for ¾ of a second triggers summer mode, this will automatically open all the windows, fold out the mirrors, vent the sunroof and move the sunblind back enough to let hot air out of the vehicle. It will unlock the vehicle and disarm the alarm.

6) Mirror fold on lock/unlock
When the vehicle is locked or unlocked via the key fob, the mirrors will respond accordingly by folding in on lock and out on unlock.

7) Mirror puddle light delay on fold out.
When the previous feature is activated at night and the vehicle is unlocked, the mirrors will fold out and once fully extended will activate the downward facing puddle lights (if fitted).

8) Entry and Drive full closure.
By holding your finger on the drivers door handle for a second or more, the auto full closure mode will activate (excluding trunk), if you have the entry and drive option on your vehicle.

9) Auto Volume down on ignition
Last but not least, the module will automatically turn the audio unit down upon ignition. So, although we cannot stop it reverting to the radio function, we can stop it blaring out!

We offer free shipping via fedex/dhl to the USA, Canada and most of the EU (including the UK!)

The module is a full CANBUS (data) controller and uses the cars own data and power to perform its wizardry, not unreliable voltage hacks like the Chinese version. (we bought it for ourselves before development and it doesn't even work). It therefore retains all the Porsche safety features (anti pinch, alarm etc) and has no unexpected consequences. We are the developers of this product and it is not (currently) available anywhere else yet, although we are in talks with Porsche specialists shops. You simply drop down the rear boot lining (where the trunk close button is) and plug our module into the boto controller module inside, the harness is custom made and uses oem fit connectors, so you cannot install it wrong!

I am going to try (again) to contact the mods of this site to see how we can go about sponsoring this owners club site as we have a range of Macan specific products in development, including a driver settings memory module, so the centre console buttons stay as you left them after an ignition cycle and expanding our new ECU flash tuner to include the Macan petrol versions.

We are also working on a direct fit infotainment system this year, using Linux to replace the PCM3 and 4, which will be made in the EU and be a huge upgrade both in hardware and software over the oem unit.

Thanks guys!

We look forward to hearing from you!

Richard.

Just had a look at their website, but says the product is not suitable for 3.0 petrol Macan S nor the GTS. Seems odd. Otherwise cost is £300
