On the PCGB site is a guide to adding speed camera points of interest in a 991.

I've adapted it for my 2017 Macan GTS and sharing it here. This is the first part to be completed on a computer. Part 2 will be navigating through screens on the PCM in the car

Requirements Porsche Connect and registered to the Porsche Connect Portal

Porsche Connect Portal

Login in to the Porsche Connect Portal at

https://login.porsche.com/auth/gb/en_GB

Select Services then Portal List POIs

Select Upload destination list

Upload destination list Q Search ™ Delete.png

And select the files found at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/yiwrfqssw1z5 ... TQTca?dl=0
(or use your own POI files)

Choose an Icon

Upload destination list.png

and click Save

The destination list was successfully saved. Transfer your destination list configuration to the.png

Click on Update destination lists in the vehicle

then the toggle button

Available in the vehicle.png

and then

All the selections (as shown above bar one) should say Available in the vehicle

Part 2 will follow...... hopefully.......

Hmm, I don't see Portal List POIs as an option in my list.

Great write up for Gen 1 owners.

Has anyone come up with a method for adding POI (Speed cameras) to Gen II?

I have the same issue, just taken delivery of a 2021 Macan. I took me 3 years in my last car (not a Porsche) to work out how to upload POI, and I was hoping it would not take as long this time. When I was researching before purchasing the car I vaguely remember reading something about loading you POI through Google's MyMaps : note MyMaps is different from Google Maps.. Has anybody got any information on this?

Hi FlyingBiker,Just out of interest can you tell me where the switches for the front heated seats are on your 2021 Macan .Mine is somewhere on the high seas ,but I am intrigued to know if the heated seat switch is in the same place for the front seats and if it has the staged light buttons.

Just got my MY21 Macan, and the heated seat buttons are either side of the gear stick, about half way up the parade of buttons. Yes, they have 3 LEDs to show how hot your bum is going to get.

Hi Madelvic.
I am just starting to work through adding speed cameras, but seem to have failed at the first hurdle.
On my services on the connect-portal, I only have 13 services and the critical one you show Portal List POIs is not showing, just Portal Personal POIs, which goes straight to a map, without being able to generate lists as you show.
Am I doing something wrong?

Possibly not. Others might be able to advise. I gather the Gen 2 cars have fewer options in My Porsche. I wonder if the cut-over to fewer services was pre-Gen 2

Anybody else?

I also failed to do this on my 992 (I had assumed the PCM would be fairly similar)
As above, no POI menu
1st Sapphire SD
2nd Sapphire GTS
