I can’t believe I’m struggling to find something that I thought would be absolutely everywhere lol.

I’m after the rear door window sunblind that attaches to the inside of the glass/door frame to stop the sun shining on my little one in the baby seat.

Do you know where I can get one of these?
I don’t just want a universal shaped one as it won’t cover the whole window properly.
I’m after one designed for the Macan specifically.

Thanksssss

A tinted film applied to the rear windows will work far better and avoid the little ones fiddling.

I had tinted rear screens factory fitted yet the gkids still faffed and bickered but with the rear heating controls.

Yes retro fitting is a big job as you need special door cards too as apparently they slide into the door card much like the windows do.

My Macan already has privacy glass but on really hot bright days the sun still gets through and want to keep as much of it away from my newborn as possible.

I had seen snap shades too but afaik they’re in the states too

I have both tinted glass and sunblinds at the rear. The sunblinds sink behind the doorcard when not in use and there is a permanent hook attached very firmly to the door frame at the top. I wouldn't think it is a DIY job to replicate. The tinted glass helps but doesn't completely cut out bright sunlight on children in the rear and my blinds have seen some use.

Guess what my parents had in the rear of their non-air conditioned Austin 1100. Sweet FA! Not even tinted glass. And I lived 😂

Things that need to happen to cause a problem:
1/ bright sunny day
2/ bright sunny day with baby in the car
3/ sun at the exact angle to shine on to said baby
4/ constant direction of travel to keep the sun on the baby
5/ baby to be looking at sun at same time 1 to 4 above are in play.

Even with all the above, WT actual F!!??
