First bump on my Turbo ... is this fixable by one of those 'dent specialists' and any recommendations in the South London, North Surrey area?

Ouch, any good smart repairer can easily fix that little dent, they have specialist plastic fillers and plasticised paint , I did much worse to my Evoque and the repair was undetectable ( at least by me ) Good luck.

I think alot of them heat the non metal components and message bumps out. But is there paint damage there too?

Yup there is paint damage - i put some touch up paint over the black undercoat which was showing. You can see the colour change area.

Repairs to plastic parts are definitely possible although they can be a little bit hit and miss and there are other variables such as what type of plastic etc

My guess is that a repair would involve applying some heat and trying to reform the plastic. Like I said, this is a little bit hit and miss.

To be honest, applying touch up paint is a little pointless as it will need painting anyway and it's not like the bumper is going to go rusty. The good news bit is the damage is on a small localised area so should be relatively easy to spray and blend in.

As people have suggested. Maybe get a mobile repairer to come and take a look and get a quote. May not be as bad as you think

Cheers
