Our friends 'over there' are reporting it but curious to know if locals have attempted to have it addressed?
Anyone else have a wobbly seat?
My April MY17 build drivers side 18 way has been doing a lateral shimmy on S bend and starting to annoy due to the loss of concentration that it induces.

Hi Peter i have a 2017 Macan Turbo with 18-way picked up in September 2016, i too have the same problem when i go around a sharp bend, tight corner or small island the seat base feels like there is some play and it often makes a click sound. This is starting to annoy the hell out of me too and it has been back to the dealers already for other bits and they said that they cannot fault it which is bull. I am awaiting for a replacement rear diffuser which is unmarked when this comes in they said they would look again at the seat issue.
Mrs Paul first noticed the driver's seat rocking slightly on weight transfer (clearly cornering too fast!)
I've noticed it a few times too - and now the passenger seat also....seems as if the n/s/f corner isn't bolted down quite tight enough.
Mine's a GTS with standard 8 way sports seats; booked in for a couple of weeks time.Paul 2016-11-08 13:05:46

All,
I too 'had' the same problem - around a sharp bend with spirited driving and you hear the click but also a very small movement with your butt..... it is off putting and annoying...
I brought mine in to get checked.... if you grab the leather of the seat, you will see it does move and more so that the other side.
OPC checked this and I think they took a video to show to the experts, they agreed the movement was more than expected and thus ordered a new seat base.... It is intermittent or was for me so very hard to replicate when the mechanic was out for a test drive trying to hear the click or feel the movement....
I have had a new seat base fitted last week - when I say base, I mean everything below the leather - seems there is a clip issue or maybe something else with more reporting it now causing the issue...
Anyway - in the past week I have tried what I could to re-create the noise but it is gone....so fingers crossed gone for good....

I too had this issue on my May GTS with standard 8 way seats. Had to wait for a new seat base to be delivered from HQ, kindly loaned me a new 911 while I waited
When they came to replace the base the original base clicked back into the right position?? and I've not suffered anything since.
Hope you all get it sorted.

VG GTS gone, Grey GTS here but prefer the VG colour
Went in this morning to get mine checked out.
The good news is the tech heard and felt the click / movement on both of the front seats.....
The not so good news is that he now has to check another similar car, then contact Porsche UK technical.........both he and I suspect a new seat base will cure but he has to go through the motions........
BUT, to confound my cynical nature he happily replced my 3 month old rear wiper blade inder warranty and it no longer sqeaks and judders.....(it was " knackered" was the technical term he used!)
