Before I make a clot of myself at my dealership, can others confirm (maybe specifically GTS with LED option if possible) that when the front fogs are turned on manually by pulling the headlight switch out to its' first position, there should be a warning light on in the dash cluster? I get one when I pull again for the rear foglight but nothing for the fronts.
I'm sure my SD had a warning light come on........and all the other cars I've owned!

I don't yet have a Macan, but I've often only seen a warning light for the rear fog lights.
Macan GTS: PH1UFLL8
It is a bit foggy in Bristol tonight!
I've not started my SD today Paul, but it is odd
With just the ignition on there is an amber front fog warning, even if the front fog is off. The rear fog warning comes on only if the light switch is pulled to the second notch.
I am assuming, at the moment, that when the engine starts the front fog light warning goes off. When I use it in the morning I will check for sure..
Logically, I don't see why yours should not have an amber indicator whatever the lights.

on the speedo the manual says
http://porscheownersmanuals.com/2017-macan/14/137/ it seems only indicator for rear fogs
on the instructions for fog lights, it seems that the switch has indicators for both front and rear..... http://porscheownersmanuals.com/2017-macan/14/150/Rear-fog-light

Gosh gintonic, I've learnt something the amber dipped light is the PDSL warning not front fog (makes sense now being on without engine running) --- So no front fog warning light for me either!

Paul, this was one of the first things I noticed when I was playing with my new toy. The Yeti, as you will recall, has warning lights for both front and rear fogs in the binnacle. The Macan manual says there are warning lights for both, but omits to tell you that the rear only has a warning in the binnacle. The warning light for the front fogs is on the light switch. The tiny little icon for the fogs lights up when you pull the switch. Sadly, you can't see it from the driving position. Maybe Porsche reckoned that owners would figure out that they had front fogs on by looking out the windscreen!
BTW, I switched my fogs on the other day just to try them at night, with no fog, and they seemed pretty feeble compared to other cars I've driven. Haven't tried them in fog yet though.

Thanks Nick for confirmation (and saving a trip up to Cribbs!)
I was up the M5 to Stroud on Thursday and thought I ought to put them on (! )
They do give a good wash at lower level, but with the LEDs (and xenons too) it us difficult to distinguish.......
