The dealer has tried twice to solve my squeak on my March 17 GTS. First they lubricated the steering column and then they lubricated the slip ring behind the steering wheel.
Still not fixed going in next week for a new steering columb and slip ring.
To resurrect the subject - was this fix successful (or anybody else?)
Mine has now also developed a bit of a whistful sigh (as opposed to a proper squeak) when low speed manoeuvring / parking
Hi Paul
Yes mine was fixed first time a week or so ago.
Grommet adjusted and lubricated. No more noises which had been there from day 1.
All done while I waited 1 hour while drinking lovely coffee and biscuits.
And looking at a Β£1.25m porsche Hybrid

Mine had the "wistful sigh" when manoeuvering at low speed from new in Sept 2016. Returned to OPC a couple of weeks ago; part of steering column replaced and now appears to be fixed.
Hi. My turbo 2017 had developed this noise when low speed turning. What was the outcome for other people that had this issue please? What was the resolution?
Thanks

Read the top of page 3 on this thread with my comments.
It 100% resolved with the method advised.
OPC should be fully aware. Just call them to advise you want to drop it in for them to inspect while you wait.
