Is it possible to buy the boot lid badges, Porsche and Macan S in black direct from Porsche? If so, does anyone know the part numbers?

I can see various badges on eBay but I’m not convinced they’re genuine and don’t want to go to the effort of swopping them to find them peeling after a few months.

Macan porsche
I bought them for my Macan from Sheffield OPC ,not cheap they were around £140 for the set of Porsche ,Macan & S in Black, your OPC parts dept will order them for you,the original ones were easy to remove using dental floss but make sure you mark where they’ve been so as to replace them in the same place,I used masking tape for this.

As steve says, available from parts dept, remove with floss / fishing twine but don’t forget to mark the position with masking tape BEFORE you start😉😉

Swapped my first SD “ Porsche” lettering from silver to black and removed the “ macan” bit of my current car to leave just the GTS letters.

A bit more info and some pics from Roy from a while back....

Cheers guys, £140 is steep isn’t it :D

Are they a gloss or matte finish?

Do you have to stick the letters back on individually? I can see why you say to mark them out first in that case.

Mine are matt, and yes they are individual letters but come on a single backing strip for easy (easier) application. Can’t possible comment on the price😂

If you talk nicely to your OPC they might fit them for you foc. They have a template to make sure that they are fitted correctly.
So when is this ‘old enough to know better’ supposed to kick in ?

Is that a thing? Worth a try I suppose, makes the £140 easier to swallow if they’ll fit them :P

I recently had my badges changed to high gloss black via OPC Leeds. £140
They also fitted them without asking 👍🏻

I certainly wouldn't try to fit them myself without a template - the tiniest positioning error would stand out.

It not difficult to remove the silver badging and fit the replacements as long as the positions are marked out using masking tape.
