Pano roof seals

Has any one had to have there pano roof seals replaced mine have been attacked by rooks! Been quoted £850 to have replaced by OPC Exeter

I was fascinated by the piano roof seals in the title... turns out it's pan roof seals. Another good reason to stick with the metal roof!

But on a more serious note, for the OP, not heard of crows pecking through the rubber before!

Rodents chewing through wiring looms is not unheard of.......

Devonsnail, do you know what attracted the birds?

I have seen cars with chewed bumpers and tyres. I think that you got lightly with the roof seals.

We have major rook problem at home generally Atack house windows presumably it’s there reflection assume it’s the same with the glass roof .normally car goes in garage but been storing some oak so car been in drive last few weeks

I had problems with my seals and porsche 1st blamed it on birds then blamed it on chemicals i use to was car then went back and blamed it on birds again. In the end porsche did replace under warranty eventually.

I really like the porno-roof option, but between leaking roofs, excessive condensation and now rooks supplementing their dietary requirements, I think I will skip this option.
I recall, few years ago, MB had similar leaking roof problems. I wonder if it's not the same OEM supplier.
