I've been offered a Macan diesel demo from a main dealer. Unfortunately my wife isn't a fan of the 21" five spoke alloys that are on the car. The dealer has offered to swap these for a used set of 20" RS spyder wheels.
Will I encounter issues when I come to sell the cars that the wheels do not match the original factory build spec sheet?
Thanks for any advice.

The 21" sport classic (5 spoke) wheels are probably worth a lot more than the spyders, so there's possibly some room to haggle on price.

And a down-stream customer might think the sport classics are nicer... on the other hand, you wife didn't.

As to matching the spec sheet. I doubt that's relevant, so long as they're proper Porsche wheels.
When I've bought second hand, I never even saw the original build sheet.

Agree with goron59 it shouldn't make any difference down the line, both good wheels and as said as long as they are genuine Porsche wheels.

Thanks.
Unfortunately the dealer is not budging on price with either wheels. He says he needs to take them off another demo.
Does the handbook still have the white sticker with options fitted? I worry that I'll get challenged when I come to sell (either privately or back to dealer).

Marcus James stop worrying it's Xmas 😉 I've just picked up a SD demo and the invoice showed the options there was no white sticker in the handbook, like has been said as long as they are genuine Porsche wheels it's does not matter , anyway you won't want to sell for a few years 😉So get the car and enjoy 👍 I would of liked the 21" classics as I still think they are the best wheels, certainly easiest to clean , had the spyders on Macan 1 and they are lovely wheels Spud2016-12-13 08:52:51

On an SD the 5 spoke sports classics range from £2375 to £3116 depending on colour. Spyders are £1700. Your sales exec is taking advantage if they won't reduce the price. You can be sure that they'll increase the price of the other car when they put the 21"s on.

That's also my view. On top of that, the car has running boards which I'm not a fan of. I'm thinking I'm paying for options and then downgrading for free.
Thanks all.

+1. I'd buy the macan as is and source a second set to suit my wife.
Then sell them on when the time comes.

Thought that, but these prices are only wheels. I'd need to then source a set of 20" tyres as well. Becomes expensive.
Thanks

Maybe look for a different Macan if this one has 'the wrong wheels' and you don't like the running boards...? There are lots of OPCs and lots of demo Macans out there. And you'll find that SEs will be very keen to secure a sale before the end of this month! :-)
