They fit!
This was covered in another topic, which was not directly related, which I have linked to below.
We (Semerka and I) first tested individual front/rear, then fitted the full set of “Macan” design 18” wheels fitted with NO Continental winter tyres.
They fit perfectly, so no need to buy a 19” set, as suggested by Porsche.
We had them fitted to an SD last winter, so was reluctant to buy 1” bigger, unless it was really necessary.

18” Winters on Macan Turbo fit just fine :)
