Haven't done many miles yet - just bedding them in but felt good on drive home...

That's my 2 year service complete, with new boots & wipers to keep me going hopefully for another 2 years!

Very much depends how much fun he intends to have, but what ever, Michelins certainly the way to go.

Q: Who makes a better tire than Michelin?

A: Nobody!

A tire tech I knew several years ago told me Michelin was the only tire they'd seen in the shop
that occasionally required no weights to balance.

Now that's something!

From time to time the French get it right, like with Peugeot peppermills :)

They might still have to put a tiny weight on to show that it has been balanced I will feel suspicious if I see none

Ha ha funny.....
Not cheap - I tried around and they were not much better - it is also easier to tell the dealer that they scratched your wheels and get new ones! :D

Hi, a quick question. Did you eventually go for Latitude Sport or Pilot sports ?

Also, maybe I am thick but if the load rating and speed rating are the same then what's the difference between these 2 tyres. Anyone have any info on this?

Currently done 17k miles and the tyres are getting towards the replace time. Probably get another 2 to 3 K miles out of them.

I don't consider that I drive the car hard, so I am amazed anyone getting 25 - 30K out of a set. That is some going.

I will be replacing the Michelins with.........Michelins :D
GTS \o/ - sold :(
