Help Unknown damage black classic wheels
Its not animal. One place on each wheel has been caused by human abuse. Lashing to a low loader or some standing on them, possibly vandalism has my vote.

You or someone else haven't been standing on them while washing or the like to gain a little extra height to reach over the car? A shoe could certainly do that sort of damage.

Agree could be shoe marks? Or possibly the base or centre of a wheel cleaning brush, some have metal cores and hard plastic bases that can come into contact causing those kind of fine scratches as you angle it to reach inside the wheel.

Just been reading this. First reaction is:
Have you been through the tunnel on Eurostar and travelled in the narrow carriage.?
Would account for the damage on all four wheels at the same time and place.
