Hi everyone
Has anyone used the puncture glue ? Does it work!
Or better to get spare collapsible wheel as I got my macan without one...probably a mistake
?costs and will it come with all kits..
Your advice is greatly appreciated
Spare wheel or Glue supplied is sufficient
What are the chances of glue repairing this?

fancy sticking a screwdriver in your tyre Col.....!
..but to answer the OP, I guess it all depends on where the puncture is and what caused it. A hole in the sidewall caused by a rock no, a small nail in the centre of the tread yes.
Sadly, trying to now retro-fit all the necessary kit for a spare can be very pricey...here....

Q. How many punctures have you experienced in the last few years?
Most punctures are "slow" ones and caused by a nail or screw. Your PCM will alert you to a loss of pressure. Often (in my experience usually) this will allow you to drive to the nearest tyre shop. Just drive slowly enroute. Pump it up a bit more than the stated pressure to make this trip.
Or just call Porsche Assistance and get them to come out to you, remove the wheel, get it sorted and return it to you. Worse case they will take the car to the tyre depot / OPC on a recovery truck.
I would never use the "glue" as weld adheres to the wheel as well as the tyre. This limits the ability to repair the tyre, so you may end up having to replace two tyres to keep equal tread depths across that axle.
A large foreign object penetration will cause a rapid deflation. Q. Would you be able to get a Jack under the Macan once the tyre is flat? Then were do you put this dirty and huge wheel assembly once you've fitted your space saver wheel? Again why bother....just call Porsche Assit to do it.
The space saver type of spare is limited to 50 mph and 100 miles use max.
These are big heavy cars to be doing a roadside wheel change on too.

Additionally to my post with the image.
As well as having a spare and it was lucky for me that I did given when and where the puncture occurred I do have a couple of can that I bought to give me options should I have a flat again.

I was doing a Port Grimaud to Worcester run in one hit in our Q5, when we picked up a rapid loss puncture at Dijon, about 500 miles from home and on a Sunday. The Audi recovery system was a dead loss as couldn't get through to an English speaking operator (initially thought a repair/replacement tyre was the best option). The space saver kit got us back, albeit at 50mph and saved a massive amount of inconvenience, in what ended up as a 20 hour journey.
My SD doesn't have it, but were I to go long distance in it, that Tyreman solution looks a good bet to me for Β£250?
