Hi.

My tyre pressure Sensor warning light was constantly on.

I tried to inflate the tyres a couple of times and the light still came on. It has 20" wheels.

At the car's first service the dealer advised the pressure I had was too low and that's why the sensor gave a warning. I had the pressures at 32 psi front and 34 psi rear. The recommended pressure on the sticker at the front drivers side door has it as 32 front and 36 back. These are all much higher than ive ever had before. My previous car, a BMW was set to around 28 - 30 psi.

Dealer set the pressures to 35 psi front and 38 psi back. No more warning lights!!!

Regards,

Alex.

The TPM can show you the delta from the recommended pressures in the display as well.

Something I only discovered and used this week, after 4+ years of Porsche ownership

Thanks, Nick & others for highlighting this feature.

Just goes to show that this forum is the gift that keeps on giving...! ;)
