Late contribution to this thread, I know. But I had juddering wipers (front and back) in my Macan myself. I suspected that it might be the Gtechniq window treatment (professionally applied as part of Pro-detailing from new) that caused it, and resigned myself to cleaning the coating off, which would have been a pity because I like the way the water beads and rolls off the screen. In light rain, you hardly need your wipers at speeds above 40mph.
Anyway, I read this thread and as a result ordered Bosch wiper blade replacements, which completely resolved the problem - they work smoothly and quietly. I am a little surprised that they are not standard fit on Porsches.

Wipe the blades with Gtechniq G1 should also resolve the issue.
May have to do it a couple of times 15 minutes apart.

My wipers juddered the first few times after gtechniq but are fine now after no action taken and the coating is still giving the desired beading effect. My advice would then be to anyone experiencing this to give it a few rain days to see of it resolves itself before taking any action. I did read on the gtechniq website that it is certainly a known issue but usually resolves itself.

Car was professionally detailed, front wipers fine, rear one judders if left on for more than a single wipe

I had a problem on the BMW with Gtechniq glass treatment causing smearing and judder and had to have it redone.
Since then I've decided that glass treatment is a waste of money since it never lasts and even when fresh is of dubious value. So the Macan wasn't done. I still had wiper judder and smearing on the brand new car. In the end the OPC swapped the wipers albeit without much good grace ("we had to pay for them as not a warrantable item") and that solved the problem.
With a replacement screen fitted it's back to smearing and I can even see an outline of the window fitter's suction clamps despite the screen looking spotlessly clean. I'll probably give it a quick clay off and see if that cures it.

As above,
Coat the blades with G1 but DON'T remove with G2 just layer up G1 leaving a few minutes in-between application. Had this problem on everything from C63's, Mclarens and New BMW's, The problem may disappear within a few days even if you don't apply to the blades however.
Pain in the backside!
