Dirty roads

I also have mud flaps fitted - see my post back in Aug....
The ribbed ones do fit well - the do keep a lot of stuff from the lower sills, also helps with rashing.....but if the roads are dirty the car will get dirty regardless just like any other car with mudflaps...
I actually like the look of them.... I have fitted PPF so the are up against that not direct to the paint...

mud flaps essential living any whare near dirty roads, had mine colour coded 15 months ago and still looking good, double sided tape a great idea.
I have a set on order and never thought to get them painted. My car is a night blue and I think your painted ones look really good. Was it expensive to have them painted? Did you use a body shop?

Mud flaps arrived today, if it's not too cold I'll fit them tomorrow. Just got car back today from Swiss Vaxing, looked really good, but dirty already!

£75 at body shop, if you go this way make sure they use flexable primmer.
Thanks gasgas. I will take mine to our local body shop when they arrive. I will mention flexible primer when I do

+1 for the painted mud flaps. They look really good.
No longer part of the Porsche Family. Now enjoying a Giulia Quadrifoglio.

Ok got the motivation to have a look at my mudflaps tonight. Th ones I got are plain for front and have Macan written on the rears. Setting them up to the car they do look a decent fit but they don't attach with the original screws. They seem to need new holes drilled in the wheel arch lip which is a no go for me.
Anyone got this style of flaps to fit or is it only the ribbed ones that work with the original holes? Also do the originals fit with just the 2 screws, one inside the arch at top and other at bottom below the car?
