My new Macan has developed an annoying creaking sound that seems to be coming from the front passenger side dashboard/underbonnet area. It is particularly apparent at low speed and when going round corners.

I've found a clip on youtube of a Macan with exactly the same noise as mine:

Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a fix?

Very likely needs DuPont Krytox GPL205 lubricant on black plastic fixings under bonnet on passenger side. Dealer has the stuff and is aware of creaking bonnet issues. Newer models were supposed to be cured with replacement rubber parts but mine creaked even though it had replacements. Allow the lubricant to bed in and do its job then all is quiet. I bought some from eBay.B737NGWS2017-05-07 14:24:12

Sure is - but it works. Dealer said this it what Porsche tell them to use and they use it to cure creak under warranty, but I got some to cure tailgate creak on our other car and to top-up black plastic bits on Macan as needed. I paid just under £20 for a tube - but I may have been lucky at that price!B737NGWS2017-05-07 16:55:28

So what exactly did you put it on under the bonnet as I have a creak/ knock coming from a similar position

If you gently press corner of bonnet under A-pillar (corner of windscreen and wing) and hear knocking/creaking then that is the problem. Lift bonnet and you can see in the area you pressed there is a black plastic 'wedge' attached to wing and another attached to bonnet. You will see that as the bonnet closes these two wedges come into contact with one another. Simply lubricate the contacting surfaces and problem cured.
