On my BlackBerry 10 smartphone I can no longer access this web site. I get this message......

There is then no facility shown to allow as a trusted site, as it was in the past. How can it be unblocked?

On a similar note, I had a 'server not found' message all day yesterday on Explorer. Luckily I had Wimbledon, Tour de France and F1 to watch ...

Today will be a struggle as I also need to add the Hamburg World Triathlon series to my viewing list - I'm running out of screens!

Your BB10 needs to trust the certificate used to sign all traffic between you and the website.

The certificate seems to be signed by these guys:

Screen Shot 2017-07-15 at 08.12.30.png

Algo: SHA-256 with RSA Encryption
Not valid before: Friday, 14 July 2017 at 10:17:00 British Summer Time

Stated policy: This Certificate may only be relied upon by Relying Parties and only in accordance with the Certificate Policy found at https://letsencrypt.org/repository

The website was having a world of problems yesterday - showing some evidence of being migrated to a new host, which might explain why it has a new certificate that was only valid from yesterday.

All my browsers and devices trust this CA and the certificate (macOS Safari/Opera/Firefox, iOS Safari on iPhone and iPad, Chrome and Edge on Win10).

That doesn't mean it's trustworthy, just that a fairly common set of kit does trust it.

Is your BB10 fully up-to-date? Or maybe it knows something the rest of the world doesn't ;-)

I've just done a software update and the problem still exists. See above.

Previously every time I visited the site using my BB10 i had to tick an exception box to gain access, but since yesterday even that option is not available. Rob - Is there an Administrator fix?

I can access [as now] via my Windows 10 laptop or iPad, but the smartphone is what i always have with me and so frustrating that i cannot now use it to get to this Forum. Every other site / app that I use is still fully accessible.

I had this on my computer but not smart phone. I cleared the cookies to get it working.

There was an upgrade going on yesterday to the hosting, I think it might be a DNS issue which will take time to propagate through. It does have a new SSL certificate too. Maybe blackberry has the old one cached somewhere?

At last got around to ploughing through this thread! Found an App called "multiCERT' and this fixed the access problem. You just need to down load it and then enter the Macan Forums web address. Job done.

Thank you Rob. :) :)
