Sometime the verbal instructions are much too quiet on my GTS. On previous cars the volume could be adjusted with the vol knob while a command was being announced but this doesn't seem to work on the Macan.

Is there a way to adjust the commands??

Yes, the volume for different announcements can be set.

For the Sat Nav, you'll need

* NAVI
* Option
* Guidance Volume

This is how it works on my older PCM, the new version should be similar.

This will be in the manual or the GTK app.

Adjusting the volume while verbal instructions are given does work. You do have to catch it at the right time and i use the steering wheel volume button. This only adjusts until PCM is powered off / on again i believe.

You can as per previous post adjust and set the volume you want the verbal instructions to be.

I do miss the setup Audi have which allows you to set the volume for each item like music/sat nav/ phone but also allow you to say what volume you want the music / phone to be when the verbal sat nav instructions are given.
Again you could adjust any volume on the fly as you hear them on the Audis' too which work very well.

I'll check next time I'm out and akso gave a dig around the settings too.

Mine definitely does this and I'm pretty sure the Macan and 911 did too. :geek:

One things that's annoying though is that it keeps on announcing when you're on the phone. I'm sure other cars I had muted announcements when on the phone or at least had that option.

There is a setting to mute navigation during call.
