My 911T sporting its new winter wheels/tyres. Looking forward to feeling the benefits when temperatures start to regularly fall to 7 degrees centigrade and below...

I would have said to spray those wheels with autoglym 'wheel protector' and you won't have to clean them until spring. However, today I applied some to my Sport Designs and it covered them in white residue - not sure what happened there! :? I've used it before with no problems.

Ooh, err! :? I guess I’ll just stick to the usual two bucket technique! :P

Nice!

I'll be tucking my GTS up for winter when it gets properly cold (over £5k for a winter wheel/tyre set of centre locks)

I found the same when looking to sort winters for mine. considered tyres only, then realised, i could buy a car and tax and insurance for the cost of fitting winters...

That way the GTS would be unused for winter, when the biggest risk is often others on the road...

guess i'll take the do nothing approach...
