Possibly, Steve. But then again, the 911 recently came top of a reliability/ownership poll.
The initial handling modifications are quite subtle externally - the OPC might not even notice them.
But yes, I’m aware that any modification is a risk in the warranty period.

I had forgotten the power spike. That's quite an increase in premium.
Have you had chance to drive their development car to see what the full fat version is like compared to yours? I've had upgrades down to cars in the past and there have been times where I've gone 'naah, wasn't worth it'.

Just park it in your garage Simon and don't use it !!! Looking forward to hearing about your Litchfield upgrades, loved the "dirty" photo as well. Glad you're really using and enjoying your Porsche.

The plan is to hopefully get a drive in their Carrera T, on the 11th or 13th of March. If not then, certainly before I give the go ahead for the ECU remap and/or exhaust work...
15% premium increase for a 30% increase in horsepower. Not sure if that's good or not. I know the insurance industry is not your favourite.
At least the policy covers me for 18k miles per year and some track day use...

Had a look at the Litchfield site earlier and they can take my GTS to 512 hp.
For the life of me I can't think why I would need to but interesting nevertheless.
Fantastic reports of the handling improvements BTW WingCo. I think the Litchfield upgrade would pretty much give you a GT3 in all but name

Thanks for the update Simon, that is some power upgrade and will definitely be noticeable at 480hp, I think 15% premium increase is acceptable for that sort of extra shove!Wing Commander wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 4:12 pmHi Alex.alxgb wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 12:24 am I had forgotten the power spike.
