Climate Control

Well, after being a little underwhelmed by the performance of my climate control, I 'discovered' the 'air-con' control in 'settings' and turned it from 'normal' to 'strong' . What a difference. Proper cooling/heating of the cabin.

Why did it take me a year to do this? I don't know.................... A bit like who would want it on 'soft'? Normal is default and not good enough......

Is it only me?

No not just you. Normal is pathetic and soft is pointless

^^^ mine’s on the default setting and it’s been fine even touring Italy in the high 30C’s. The higher flow settings are inevitably noisier, but I suppose if you listen to music maybe you won’t notice.

Interestingly, whilst flow is much improved, increased noise is not an issue..........

I have mine on Normal and it is fine for me.

I hadn't got down that far, now set to strong for the imminent heat wave,

Wondered why the Macan wasn't quite as cool as my Suzuki.

The noise of the aircon was, and still is, one of my biggest complaints about the car.
