Both my latest new Porsches (2016 GTS & 2020 992) have had a pylon delivered a month or so after registration. Personalised letter from the dealership, but I suspect centrally fulfilled by Porsche UK.

I wasn’t expecting to receive another tbh but they do make a nice pair😀
Just a shame they didn’t do them when I bought my 991
+1. I got one for my Panamera 4 and one for the 991.2 Carrera T, but not for my first new Porsche - the Macan 2.0. Nice paperweights though. :)

I have held back ordering even though I thought I'd be one of the first on the list when it was released. I spoke to the dealer today and even though they haven't had one come through, they've said it will be quieter.

It's just about how much quieter it will be and whether the excitement you get when starting up will be dampened.
Hi Bazz
I'm just about to order mine, and after watching numerous videos and only one test drive I can see why the gen 1 boys get excited about the exhaust "note" but for me there is a compromise to be met in that I like to hear myself think, hear my music and although I have no Mrs to drown out, little old Beryl next door wouldn't be to happy with gen 1 noise levels.

That's good to hear you're about to place an order, and I'm sure Beryl will be pleased with the reduction in noise levels :D
