And another new 992 is announced - the “sweet spot” GTS.
With 473bhp and the option of a “lightweight package” with thinner glass, a lighter battery and no rear seats! (For those who really wanted a GT3)
Prices start at just under £109k, but as we know, it’s so very easy to pile on the tempting options...!
My spec: Carmine Red (of course), GTS interior package, heated GT steering wheel and smoking package = £116,353

The 992s are now such serious and capable 911s. We "downsized" from 991.2 S PDK to a Cayman GTS 4.0 manual for more fun on our local commutes, etc.
Even the 991.2 S was too capable for where we mostly drive in the UK.
Though, we would love to also own a GT3 Touring for the European blasts to Czech Republic, if finances allowed.

I’m sure a GT3 Touring would be a ‘lottery win’ car for lots of us!

I agree the 4.0 cayman is probably more fun to drive !Semerka wrote: ↑Thu Jun 24, 2021 1:25 pm The 992s are now such serious and capable 911s. We "downsized" from 991.2 S PDK to a Cayman GTS 4.0 manual for more fun on our local commutes, etc.
