The Macan I only had red callipers on the GTS and Turbo.
The Macan II only had red callipers on the GTS. The Turbo moved to white (with surface coated discs).
The Macan III has red callipers on the S (for the first time) and the GTS. The S brakes are the same as the previous GTS brakes. The new GTS brakes are the same as the old Turbo brakes, however with red rather than white callipers - which is nice.
GTS has the cheap ceramics now?

You can either have piano black (which looks ok but really shows up finger prints); brushed aluminium (which can be a bit reflective on bright days apparently); or old man Walnut.

I actually quite like the walnut but I'm old and married to an American (Americans love putting walnut in their cars). I shall probably just leave it piano black.

Thoughts?
The Piano Black looks great and I have never had finger print issues with both my Macans. Even when young children in th car.

Have gone with piano black as well. Thought the ali finish next to the 'silver' trim looks a bit odd to me ... another contrasting colour offsets it nicely.

Just put one of the reviews on the TV where they show the Papaya model and my son said…..”it looks brown”, and now I can’t get that out of my head! It will undoubtedly look different in real life but now all I can see it as is brown.
It definitely doesn't look brown. It's a great colour.
I was toying with this or Gentian Blue, but decided to go with the latter as I originally wanted Sapphire Blue.

I showed my spec with Papaya and my wife really liked it. Something she would not have said if it had any resemblance to Brown!!

It depends on what video you watch. If its in-doors or has professional lighting it looks fantastic, but some of the promo footage with it on the road it looks a very different colour, much more brown. When I first saw it I loved it. Now I vacillate between loving it and not so much loving it (definitely not hating it though) I'd very much like to see it in the flesh.

must say, looking at those pictures, one thing I wish was an option on the new Macan was to NOT have the rev-counter in white. Its a bit to "in your face" and I think it spoils the look of the dash a bit.

One more question @Tracky, it looks like you have comfort seats. Are they the 14 way ones? I'm still a little indecisive on the whole 14/18 way thing. I like the look of the sports seats but I'm a little porky (38" waste, 5ft 7), and the wife is a tad more rotund (don't worry, she doesn't read this). I am a little concerned about the repots of the sports seats being a tad snug and difficult to get in and out of.

The S I drove at PEC in 2019 had it, and made me regret not paying for it, and now it's no cost. It helps lighten the interior
