Do you think these are cars they have taken in part-ex?
Nope. Swindon OPC is part of the Dick Lovett group, who have a large BMW dealership here. A lot of the Porsche staff run BMWs as company cars. Someone else was getting a 3-Series as a courtesy car this morning. Maybe in the current climate, getting a Porsche courtesy car will become a bit of a rarity, as OPCs run low on pre-owned stock.

TBH, I have no issue with a BMW as a courtesy car. Owned quite a few and they are generally very nice cars.

You may have seen my gentian blue Taycan CT in the showroom by the service desks ready for my collection tomorrow...

Agreed. I don’t have a problem with BMWs as such. I used to have a 1984 BMW 316! And I have always liked the M3 and M2.

My second car (at 19 years old) was a black 320i. I was extremely proud! Had it lowered and added BBS alloys and everything ...... like you do when you're 19.
Ha ha! Only slightly better! I really don’t like it. I think I’d rather have a nippy little 1-Series to be honest!
Ah, nice loaner there. I really loved my Panamera 4. Great cars, I think.
Wouldn't work for me, I'd never get it on the drive. Way too long (and low).
It’s only a foot longer than a Macan, and is a tiny bit less wide. I never had a problem with parking etc, when I ran my Panny for a year.
My "drive" is a bit challenging. Its very steep, very small and curves round (and needs to accommodate 2 cars). Parking the Aston on it was a hoot, often removed parts of the front spoiler. Getting the Landy on it was a piece of cake. I parked a Q4 Etron on it with no real problem and that's almost the same size as a Macan
