I saw a base gen 3 Macan today with black GT Design wheels. I had to walk around it a few times to double check but definitely a base with the base exhausts.

They were freely available to option up until December ‘21 when they were taken off the confusorator for all except GTS 🤨

I am going to be well pissed if they suddenly come back as an option for a S.
