Hi Jonathan
If you search you can see that the fog light surround easily pulls off with a suitable wheel centre tool. You can then remove the fog light and hopefully scoop out the remains!? I replaced the fog light bulbs with much better LED bulbs on this car I believe 😜

Park it over a drain. A rat will soon be along to take care if it.
