Dropped the Macan off at home and then went off for a gratuitous drive for a pub lunch. Very impressed so far, even on half throttle up to 4,000 revs the engine pulls nicely and makes a great noise. Pleased with the 14 way seats and a brief blast of the Bose seemed OK, but soon turned off again to listen to the engine. We changed our spec at the last minute from manual to PDK and still a bit nervous as we have never been without at least one manual car in our garage. But the PDK is so good I’m sure that it’s the right decision for us for the long term.

Had my PEC day today. Opted to do it in a 911 Carrera and also share the driving with my daughter.
I have to say that we both had a terrific day.
Great food, great service and of course a great driving experience.
My daughter isn't the most confident of drivers but she came out of her shell and I believe our instructor tailored the experience for her perfectly (thanks Carl). I also managed to feel a little humble as it does make you aware of your inadequacies to a degree and I'd rather that than finding it easy and getting over cocky

Nice, when I was there the orange GT3 RS was inside for half the day - which was great to sit in and see up close - then the 2nd part of my session they rolled in a Sport Classic, which was even more special to sit in!
