There are many automotive repair projects I've successfully repaired using West System epoxy, w/ either their fillers mixed into the correctly mixed A/B parts, or using fiberglass, or using both. I also tint the mix to arrive at a better finished result.
My epoxy is mixed using a scale. I tare the cup, pour in resin, divide the mass by 5, multiply by 6, then drip in hardener until the scale indicates the result.
