My 981 Cayman S, purchased ten years ago and still used daily, never fails to make me smile even after 81000 miles

Wow, that's good going! 8-)

We used to have a Carmine 981 GTS back in 2015 for about 3 years. Unfortunately the tailgate rattled quite a bit.
But we loved it nonetheless. :)

Absolutely love it and plan two long European trips in it this year. 4 weeks on the west coast of france with my wife and a 2 week trip to the alps with some other 718 owners. Nothing beats it, it’s like a bit comfy go kart 😎
That's a great way to put it, a comfy go kart, sums it up really well.

They are also amazingly practical considering the car type for road trips having the frunk and the trunk space.
Enjoy your upcoming trip! :)

Nice one. I’m on a similar trajectory, with my Carrera T, having covered just over 52,000 miles in just under 6 years. :)

So lucky to have a great Porsche sports car as a daily driver.

I did the NC500 in it back in September 2021 when the roads were deserted due to no overseas tourists and the weather was 20c most of the week. Went with the same crew I am planning on going to Europe with this week. One of the best holidays I have ever had. The car took the 2k miles and weeks luggage without even noticing.

I have a high spec car so it is super comfy, luxurious and sporty at the same time

Can’t see myself ever selling it now plus it’s two fingers up to the electric brigade 😎👍
