Anyone who uses their foot brake on a motorway should be given 3 points and made to retake the test.

Agreed, much safer to use the car infront to stop.

Used to work with someone who only used the handbrake to slow down, I wouldn't follow him cause it was deadly. The amount of times folk would blast the horn at him cause they almost ran into the back of him was laughable. He was a horrible old git to go with it as well.
