Anyone know if the Gap Insurance term for X years from the date the car is registered or from the date you take out the policy? My car is 11 months old so if i take out 3 year gap insurance will i get 3 years cover from now?

Yes. Don’t over complicate it. You could even go for 4 years from now.

I phoned up NFU when I bought my S. they asked the mileage so - being honest told them 720. The 2 year cover is only on new cars or those bought with less than 500 miles. So I’ve taken out GAP cover. lol.
