Ad blue top up

Let us know how you get on filling it up. Apparently my OPC charge £70 - I presume they fill it up which is supposed to be 23 litres I think. I suspect I will be doing it myself.

Hi Ian . There are some Utube videos showing filling the Macan with Adblue . Looks easy enough although may get my son to hold the nozzle in place while I hold the 10 litre pack. Just collected the pack from Eurocarparts but will wait for a warmer day as its only 1c here today.

I think Mutt&Jeff on here did his own vidoe of an adblu refill and posted it on youtube....I'll have a hunt.

Just filled up my Adblue tank. Got my son to give me a hand as handling a 10 litre container is a bit tricky. Worked easily enough though using the flexi tube that came with the container. Only managed to squeeze in about 7 litres though before it started bubbling back out of the filler tube. Warning light has disappeared.

I will let it settle in tank and try putting in the last 3 litres tomorrow. You only need to put in 5.7 litres for warning light to go out. Not sure how much is in tank when 1500 mile left warning light comes on.

Just popped in the remaining
3 or 4 litres. i noticed yesterday that a lot of air needs to escape from the tank which probably was the reason why I had Adblue spitting back out of the filler tube. Was easy to get the last few litres in today.

So what total quantity did you add?? I thought the tank was 23 litres, hence can you add 20 when the light comes on?

I added 10 litres. Will see how long that lasts before light comes back on. However I will be due first service in May so I wonder if the service includes a top up.

Thanks - having just gone through 10K miles I'm expecting my light to come on soon, but with first service in the summer I'll probably just add 10L too.

Don't think a service includes a top up. They will however do it for a price - £850.00 probably

I think possibly £50 - £100 for a top up.
