22 GTS Collection Day, Crayon & Carbon Ceramics
I'm not sure somebody stealing the car is going to be that fussed if it is an S or GTS - they will just ignore the boring dark grey one anyway !Bazza06 wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 12:56 amSo just personal preference then.
I wondered if there was something more to it, security reasons maybe, but then it’s so easy to search a reg number and get the vehicle details.

After four years of ownership, I recently had the “911 Carrera T” badging removed from the rear of my car. Three-fold reasoning:
* Makes a change to the look of a car that I’ve owned for four years (along with some other cosmetic changes)
* Gives the car a “cleaner” look
* Makes the car marginally easier to clean
Cheers,
Simon

The lettering is great at pulling out threads from drying cloths.
Previously owned:
2022 Macan GTS Gentian Blue
Macan SD - Volcano Grey
Boxster S - Polar Silver
2022 Macan GTS Gentian Blue

Boxster S - Polar Silver
..... and it's meaningless to anyone other than the nerds on here! However, if removed it'll activate the little grey cells of other Macan owners, scanning for clues and figuring out "what it is"! Get some 18" Macan wheels on yer turbo, that'll freak them all outWing Commander wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 11:20 am

Also, a lot of people remove the rear model logos because the back of a Macan is a real dirt magnet, which makes cleaning around the logos a real pain!!Bazza06 wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 12:56 amSo just personal preference then.

I'm just a bit of a chav no other reason than I like the way it looks. Although, no more running water drops coming from the rear badge was a bonus after thought.

Thank you. I do like getting the camera out when an opportunity presents itself but sadly not a full time profession.Wing Commander wrote: ↑Sat May 07, 2022 9:25 am Congratulations, Karl!
Your GTS looks awesome! Great photos, but I’m guessing you’re a professional photographer?
The PCCB calipers look stunning. Some people may think they’re overkill on an SUV, but they really add to the look of the car.
Enjoy many happy miles in Jolene!
Cheers,
Great minds on the PCCB! Also very little brake dust.
