Disconnecting App From Vehicle

Prior to my vehicle being collected following its sale, I reset the software to factory settings.

However, I am surprised to find that I can still connect to it via the Porsche app.
I thought / expected, that a factory reset would wipe everything, but clearly not.

I will disconnect it somehow, but if I didn't, I wonder whether I could continue to access data when the dealer sells it.
