See they also had issues with panel gaps way back then. Perhaps it's just a design feature that you should be worried about if you haven't got any.

Pretty sure other countries have PEC days. I know USA do, but some have to travel rediculously far to use it.

Anyone know which countries do have access to a PEC day?
