Is that Swindon? The GT3 Touring there was the one Chris Harris took around Castle combe.
Reading.

Was originally looking to buy through Guildford but I understand they’re the same (Porsche Retail) group.
I thought it could have been Reading due to the press car, but then thought Swindon due to Chris' Castle Combe video.

So, how does the car drive? Everything you hoped it would be?

Only been able to drive it for 50 miles so far but very pleased with my options.

Tried all PASM modes and happy with Sport Plus with no A/S and the 20” S wheels. Not too firm but can cetainly comfortably feel the road surface.

Not been hard on the accelerator so too early to comment on power but not disappointed so far.

One thing I’m regretting at the moment is not going for the Surround View cameras. I guess once I get used to the car it will improve. Need to get that wheel and tyre insurance sorted.

Love the T interior and the pin striped seats. Just trying to get used to the memory settings and sorting out a good position. Thought I had it sorted yesterday and forgot to save it!

Nice looking car. Have fun.

PS That GT3 looks beautiful in your penultimate photo. The way it sits is just sensational.

Thanks. Yes indeed it does. So many nice cars on show and that’s just the car park! Loads more great cars out the back and they had a (shark blue I think) non Touring version of the 992 GT3 in the showroom.

Glad you're enjoying it.

Not sure you'll need the wheel insurance, you'll have to screw up pretty badly to hit the wheel with the tyre sidewall being big, but if you'll feel happier with it, it won't hurt.

If you set the offside mirror to lower in reverse, it can help.

Interior pics now.

The pictures have brightened the interior up, it’s much darker/ blacker in real life and I’m really pleased with the sport tex seats.

Ideally I would’ve liked to the extended leather elsewhere but unfortunately that’s not an option which is a shame

Looks great! :D

I have similar seats in my Carrera T. Love them! :)

Most photos of black Porsche interiors come out looking grey.

Thanks. Looks great !

As you say, pity we couldn’t upgrade the interior while retaining the seat inserts and silver stitching.

I have liked to have continue the silver stitching on the doors etc.

Roll on September (I hope).

Looks really good, I'm still undecided on what seats to go for on my T, I had been thinking about the 14 way comfort seats but seeing these photos is swaying me back towards sticking with the standard T seats.
It keeps changing but current spec looks like this - http://www.porsche-code.com/PPC8EVX8
