I fell in love with cars cause of my dad's love for them, after losing him when I was only 11 I always wanted good cars like he had (one day I hope I'll own a MkII Jag 🤞🏻).
I wanted to be a mechanic cause of him after sitting next to him on Sundays watching him repair the cars on the drive.
Happy Father's day to all the fathers out there! 👍🏻

Cost £3500 to buy, and first years insurance was £1700. I was initially looking for a 1.4 Astra but the insurance was going to be £1500, man maths told me a Limited edition Pug 205gti for an extra £200 on insurance was the way to go.
The money I spent on that car was crazy, it was possibly the most fun car I've ever had.

Had many firsts in that car.
That might be the winner!
Certainly beats my £140 Toyota Corolla 😂
I worked my arse off for 2 years to afford that, boy was it worth it.

Indeed, happy Father’s Day all.
I’ve taken the plunge and invested £20 in a ticket. Could be a fun trip down memory lane.

Yes, Happy Fathers Day to all us Dads! :)

First car I drove was my Grandad’s orange Mark III Cortina on the beach at Weston-Super-Mare! ☀️

First car I bought was a little black 5-door Fiat Uno.

Followed by an XR2, a BMW 316 & a Mark II Golf GTi. Then 21 years of company cars, leading to my Porsche journey. 😎

The electrics in my Uno didn’t like it when it rained.

Same colour and model as Grandad’s, but sadly his did not have those cool wheels.
