Has anyone got any tips on keeping sideblades clean? I find it really difficult.
I’m talking the standard black ones, with small perforated holes, as fitted to Gen I and II (I believe Gen III are better).
I’ll be spec’ing ‘Sideblades in exterior colour’ on my next!

I have same issue and have not found any magic solution. I use a nail brush with normal shampoo but end up having to clean the blades more than once. Like youI will be specifying painted blades on the next one !

Have you thought about asking your local OPC to colour code them for you could be an option to consider.
Had a 2.0D F Pace which had a not so attractive rear Valance, when my car went in for a minor warranty issue (bad gap lines on the bonnet) I asked if they could spray the bumper to match the body colour of the car and they said yes, so they did it while it was in transformed the look of the rear of the car. Just a thought.

Yes I used to use this on the dimpled black sideblades of my SD. Also you can use a small stiff bristle washing up brush with car shampoo to remove the worst of the muck before you apply the 303.

My first Macan had the standard sideblades which were given a basic ceramic coating by the OPC and cleaning was a simple task.
Hence a DIY ceramic coating as suggested is probably worth a try.
