Revenue sharing arrangement will probably motivate them to reintroduce this service.

Sounds good, until you go back to France with a fair chance of anpr leading to a stop and a hefty bill at a minimum…..

Don’t see that happening. They have to prove you owned it then and you were driving.

It it cuts both ways. Look out for EU cars whipping down the BMW lane.
