Here are some pics of my Macan S, which I collected on Friday.

Spec
Exterior
- Panoramic roof system
- SportDesign package with SportDesign sideskirts
- SportDesign Sideskirts
- Sideblades painted in exterior colour

Transmission / Chassis
- Air suspension with self-levelling function and ride-height adjustment including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM)
- 75 litre fuel tank
- Sport Chrono Package including mode switch
- Power steering Plus

Wheels
- 21-Inch RS Spyder Design Wheels

Interior
- Adaptive Sports Seats in front (18-Way, electric) with memory package
- Seat heating (front and rear)
- Comfort lighting package

Audio / Comm.
- BOSE® Surround Sound System

Lighting and vision
- LED main headlights in black including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
- Automatically dimming exterior and interior mirrors
- Comfort and assistance systems
- ParkAssist (front and rear) including reversing camera and Surround View
- Traffic Jam Assist incl. Adaptive Cruise Control
- Porsche Entry & Drive (unfortunately)

I went with the gtehniq ceramic platinum on the basis that the dealership got a detailer in to do the work over 2 days rather than use their own team.

Things I really like after my first few days
- Engine
- Sports Chrono dial on the steering wheel
- Ride, they have worked some magic with the set-up, I'll be putting smaller wheels on though
- Bose, I'm glad I didn't compromise on this as I'd looked at a few without and it meets my needs compared to the standard

Things I'd prefer not to have
- Entry, I don't get the benefit its not a lot easier than pressing a button and putting the key in the ignition

A couple of oddities that I need to pick up with the dealership the main one being noises from the suspension when the car is cold, odd clicking type noises.

Looks excellent. I'm sure they'll assure you the suspension is fine. My S of the same vintage emitted some subtle "creaks" as it "settled" on our sloping drive. I was most aware when it was new, not sure if it reduced with time, I just became used to it, or if I spent less time stroking it after a while! Haven't noticed it with the replacement but in the month I've had it the weather's not been conducive to it being "tucked up with a bedtime story".

Looks lovely. Was that Dick Lovett in Swindon. Thought I could see the Ferrari garage opposite.

Great spec and nice looking car.

Various noises from the air suspension is normal.

Why smaller wheels? Unless you plan to fit winter tyres to them I don't think you'll feel a great difference in ride quality and the expense would be fairly significant. Also, some insurance companies would regard that as a modification. Drive the car for a couple of months and see how you feel.

Congrats! :)

Yes, looks like the exact spot in Swindon showroom where I collected my Macan from 7 years ago.

I agree with Nick’s comments about the wheels.

Cheers,
Simon

Yes, it was dick Lovett Swindon.
SE was excellent there.

It does have the approved warranty and also low miles sub 10k likely why it’s still looking good.

Thanks for assurance on the suspension noises.

The smaller wheels are more for how the car will be used. I live in the new forest, which has poor roads not just the potholes but also unfinished edges on a lot of roads. We have wild new forest ponies and sometimes need to go on the tracks to get to them. So I was thinking the smaller wheels would take the hit rather than the 21s which are currently mint.
