Can’t seem to get this to charge my iPhone 14 plus. Any suggestions (besides changing the phone) 🤣

I think I’ve just answered my own question. It seems the case has to be removed to work. So pretty useless.

I gave up using mine (22 model), it either doesn’t charge or it over heats the phone and it doesn’t matter if if has a case on it or not and which phone I use. Might well be a problem with it but I haven’t bothered investigating

In my BMW the case needs removing and the cradle will not go wide enough for most modern bigger phones to fit. That's why I didn't bother with option in the Macan. Just use the USB socket in the armrest, its just as quick. Disappointing though.

You can buy cases for phones that allow them to charge whilst fitted! I have one on mine and it works fine.

My case also works with the wireless charger, but as above it makes the phone far too hot.

Given up on it, just use the cable.
