Roof Rails

2023 Macan. Roof Rails have become really tarnished and looking like a petrol trail has been painted on them. Tried removing but still reappears!

I believe the OP has posted there too a few days ago.
Doesn't seem to be asking a question. More like just telling the world he has discoloured rails
