Hi All

If you have been reading my thread regarding the oil pressure reading menu option on my Macan is not there, Finally after days of waiting and another email to Porsche Sheffield, I have been told that after the gauge cluster update, the pressure option was deleted, so Macan owners is this true?

We all know Apple software updates cause issues Lol, but a software update that removes options must be a mistake, therefore has anyone else noticed this issue and have you contacted your dealer regarding this?

I have the very latest software update and still have my oil pressure gauge. I'd be furious if it disappeared, and I'd have them roll the update back ;)

I reckon you could insist on it if a feature you'd paid for had been removed without your permission.

I have had the update on my instrument cluster, & the oil pressure gauge is there. However it wasn’t when I got the car back, as all the settings had returned to factory settings. So I had to re set all my settings.

I also still have the Oil Pressure reading after the recent MFD update. I shared pics on your other thread.

I too had the dash update. The oil pressure was there before and remained so. I have a 2016 Gen 1, if that makes any difference I wouldn't know.

Whether it's true for Macan 2L, I can't comment but the oil pressure gauge is still present on my 2020 GTS and it was updated in August.

It's definitely still on mine and selected to display, but you know what? I don't think I care, take no notice of it, available FOC to good home (just that readout NOT the car!). Got a BP monitor too and largly ignore that as well
