It's all on-line. Easy to find with plenty of newspaper articles about it.
Sorry, but I donโ€™t believe newspaper articles! ๐Ÿ˜
๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ True. All cars built in Europe post 2011 are fully compatible to operate using E10 Fuel, although the lower octane level is not advised for high performance engines. Itโ€™s the older vehicles with rubber fuel pipes, seals, different metals, carbs etc that can be problematic.

This. Only 98-octane - I could afford the car, so I can afford the petrol it asks for. But in the spirit of not actually paying more than is necessary, I try to go to Esso where possible to get the 6p PCGB Esso Card discount. Luckily our local service station is an Esso.

GTB, it's true you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

None in mine and I use Tesco Momentum whenever possible.

Donโ€™t see why there should be either to be honest. ๐Ÿคจ

Nope - perfectly fine here. Ran both my Audi S3 and now Macan GTS on Momentum 99 and they run like a peach!

Worth knowing Tesco Momentum 99 is just rebranded Shell V Power, Supplied by Greenenergy in the UK.

Seems GTB's authoritative and informed posts on UK fuels supplies have been forgotten already, I recommend some searching and reading. As I recall it may well be true that the bulk of Momentum and V Power are 99% the same, in some cases all from the same refinery but the difference creeps in when the road tanker is filled and the magic additives introduced. The other important bit is which tank the put the stuff in when it gets to the forecourt, how do we know what's coming out of the nozzle? That's more down to humans. If I recall GTB thinks that BP, ESSO, Shell, etc. have a bigger stake in the quality their customers get and so put more effort into that side of it which is why he's not fussy about the brand but prefers one and steers well clear of supermarkets.
